Depending on the plan you're on, you'll receive a certain number of credits. Each time you upload a document and create flashcards or questions, it uses up some of these credits. So, the more complex or lengthy your documents are, the more credits you'll use. Generating questions costs more credits than flashcards because they are more complex.
If you run out of credits you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to get more credits. We will soon offer the option to purchase additional credits.
You can cancel your plan at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. That means you will have access to Study Sherpa until the end of the billing cycle.
Unfortunately, we don't offer trial periods for the plans. However we do have a free plan.
You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. However, you cannot downgrade to a lower-tier plan. You can cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new one.
